My Domestic Portrait Photography Services

As can be seen from the descriptions below, I offer a range of domestic portrait services (please see my commercial services for business portraits). There's something for everyone, from portfolio sessions, baby bumps and newborns in the studio, to family group portraits outdoors. The basic sessions are all priced the same so there's no sitting fee (as I don't believe in that outdated system). You simply pay a £30 non-refundable deposit that is used as part payment towards whatever you order (view my products and prices here). When you make a booking, the deposit is taken at that time to secure your date. Once you have attended a photo session, you receive a preview PDF of the final images that you can view in your own time, before deciding what you wish to buy. We arrange a viewing session at a later date where you can come to see us, and talk through the images and your order. My product range (some examples of which are pictured here), offers a broad selection of books, handmade frames, canvases, prints and much more! 

Studio Sessions

I no longer have my own studio for portraits as I found that outdoor session were far better and more relaxing for clients. I am however able to shoot on location at your own property or alternative space if you have somewhere in mind. A lot of the example studio portraits in my gallery were taken at clients own homes. It's best to contact me for more information if you are considering a studio style session.  

Lifestyle Sessions

For a more relaxed photo session, you can't beat a lifestyle shoot in the great outdoors. I love shooting portraits outdoors as you can have so much more fun, and so long as it's not raining to hard, you can shoot in almost any weather! These sessions can be at a local park, the woods or even down a graffiti covered alley if you're into your urban style. Maternity and Baby Photos

Newborn babies a very popular subject for photos, but you may also wish to get some images taken of your bump, before the baby is actually born. A maternity or 'baby bump' session is a great way to record the pre-arrival of your future little treasure, and you can involve your partner and even your other children if it's not your first. Once baby is born, then a newborn session is always essential as it's one of the most special times in a child's life. Babies grow really fast, so don't wait too long to book a newborn session in as they also get more wriggly the older they get. All maternerty and baby shoots are done on location at your home or another place of your choice. Samples of both baby bump and newborn images can be found in the gallery.
